Fleet Safety & Compliance
RIG360 replaces the paper pre-start checklist. Workers pick a piece of equipment, work through a Pass/Fail/N-A check, describe any faults, and sign with a finger — a timestamped PDF report generates and emails itself automatically, every time. It covers 20 equipment types, and doubles as a standalone fault-report and lift-plan tool.

What RIG360 Does
Everything a crew needs to check, report and plan a lift — and everything an admin needs to prove it happened.
Pick your equipment and work through a Pass/Fail/N-A checklist built for that specific machine. Certificate, CoF, WoF and registration items are answered automatically from the dates on file, always shown to the operator. Every submission becomes a timestamped, signed PDF, emailed to your company's nominated recipients the moment it's completed.
Something wrong right now? Skip the full check. Pick the faulty item, describe it, attach a photo if it helps, sign, and it's emailed immediately as an urgent report with the fault, photo and signature attached as a PDF — no need to run a whole check just to flag one problem.
Step-by-step, JSA-style lift plans for equipment that slings and rigs loads. A multi-step wizard covers the crew and their roles, 1–5 individual lifts, and full sign-off — every named role must sign before it submits. Draft autosave means a half-finished plan is never lost.
Every check, lift plan and fault report is saved against its piece of equipment — browsable any time, each one resendable by email. Certificate and inspection expiry reminder emails go out automatically before a compliance date lapses, and the app queues submissions offline so nothing is lost to a bad connection on site.
For Company Admins
While the crew runs checks from their phones, admins get a live web dashboard — fleet status, compliance dates and billing, all in one place.
20 Equipment Types
Every type below has its own purpose-built checklist — not a generic one-size-fits-all form.
Pricing
Your company subscribes on the admin dashboard — the app itself is completely free for every worker.
No plan ladder and no unlimited tier — a 3-machine fleet pays $15/month, a 30-machine fleet pays $150/month. The worker app is always free to download and use once your company is subscribed.
