What ImOnSite Does
Nothing to install for payroll, nothing turned on by default that you don't need.
One tap to clock in, held for a couple of seconds to avoid accidental taps. The employee's location is recorded at that single moment — never tracked in the background — so there's a record of where the work was performed. An optional job/PO/work-order number can be added to every clock event.
A day-by-day view of hours worked, scrollable across the company's own pay period — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Today's total updates live while a shift is in progress, and admins see the same data as always-live timesheets in the dashboard.
Employees see their balance for whichever leave types their company has enabled, and submit a request in the app — no paper forms. Balances are view-only in the app; every approval, decline and policy setting is controlled by the admin. See the full leave-type list below.
