Last updated: 16 September 2026. This policy covers the rig360.app website only — not the RIG360 or ImOnSite mobile apps, which have their own separate privacy policies linked below.
The only information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form: your company name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), location, the service or course you're asking about, participant numbers (if relevant), your preferred timeframe, and any message you add. Simply browsing the site does not send us anything.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver training, SOP development, or to answer questions about the RIG360 or ImOnSite apps. We don't sell, rent, or share your enquiry details with third parties, other than the form-processing service described below.
The enquiry form is handled by Netlify Forms, our website host, which receives and stores submissions and forwards a copy by email to us. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google's privacy policy). We don't run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website.
Enquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a customer, for our normal business records. If you'd like your enquiry details deleted, email us and we'll action it.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact contact@rig360.app for any of these requests.
If you use the RIG360 or ImOnSite mobile apps, the data those apps collect (pre-start checks, lift plans, fault reports, clock records, leave requests, and so on) is covered by each app's own privacy policy, not this page:
