About Us

Why RIG360 Exists

Practical tools and NZTA-approved training built to keep your team compliant — without the paperwork or the downtime.

Our Focus

Streamlining compliance, from paperless pre-starts to certified training

RIG360 exists to take the friction out of health & safety compliance. Paper checklists get lost, off-site courses pull crews off the job, and workplace procedures often live in someone's head instead of a proper SOP. RIG360 replaces all of that with tools and training built specifically for crane, rigging and heavy-lifting teams.

Our two apps put compliance in your crew's pocket. RIG360 replaces paper pre-start checklists with digital pre-start checks, fault reports and lift plans across 20+ equipment types, with automatic PDF and email reporting. ImOnSite handles time clock and leave management for hourly and site-based teams. Both are easy enough for anyone on your crew to use, and both feed straight into a live admin dashboard.

On the training side, our main focus is NZTA-approved BESS (Bridge Engineering Self-Supervision) certification — the qualification heavy haulage and crane operators need to legally move heavy vehicles over bridges under an overweight permit, delivered on-site so your team doesn't lose a day off the tools.

We also run on-site refresher courses (crane, rigging, dogman and MEWP) and build custom workplace SOPs where a site needs a documented, repeatable procedure for a specific task.
